I think I've figured out why George W. takes so many vacations.
- George Bush spends approximately 40% of his time on vacation...
- therefore, he spends only 60% of his time in (the) office.
- Three terms at 60% occupancy rate = 1.8 terms, which is shy of the constitutional limit of two full terms.
Don't be surprised if A. G. Gonzales comes out with a finding that it is perfectly legal for George W. to run again in 2008 and serve another 0.6 terms.
I think it will take another four years for this crew to completely shred what remains of the Constitution, so I'm getting ready for the long haul.
