  • Pattern:   Gansey Hat from Hats On! by Charlene Schurch
  • Yarn:      Lamb's Pride worsted, blue blood red
  • Needles: size 7 (Addi Turbo circs)
  • Etc: I adjusted the pattern to use stash yarn that is heavier than the recommended yarn. I CO 16 fewer stitches,eliminated a horizontal pattern repeat, and added half a vertical pattern repeat. I also made the cuff 4 rows shorter because I thought that it was ridiculously tall as written, obscuring the pattern on the body of the hat.
